MPXHC10 Introduction:

The MPX2600 is a high-speed, compact six-axis robot ideal for painting contoured parts such as interior/exterior surfaces.
Its hollow wrist design has an inside diameter of 70 mm, making it well-suited for mounting spray equipment applicators.
Offers superior performance and creates smooth, consistent finish with outstanding efficiency for painting and dispensing applications.
Can be floor, wall or ceiling mounted for layout flexibility.
Features of the DX200-FM paint robot controller coordinates operation of robot and painting devices, including spray gun, color changer and gear pump. It also supports gun control instructions and is compatible with standard networks for connection to paint equipment controllers and production line.

MPX2600 Main Features

1.High-speed, six-axis MPX2600 robot is ideal for automotivecomponents, as well as otherindustrial coating applications.

3. Wrist payload of 15 kg; well-suited for mounting a variety of spray gunsand large bells.
4. Streamlined, upper arm is equipped with mounting points to optimizehose routing.
5. Manipulator design enables effective use of work envelope, allowingcloser installations to workpiecesand efficient use of floorspace.
6. Factory Mutual approved for use in Class l, Div. 1 hazardous environments
7. Versatile design can be floor, wall or ceiling mounted for layout flexibility.

NX200-FM Controller
1. Includes application-specific software for paint applications.
2. Supports paint hardware configurations including: triggerdelays, air calibrations and valve timing programs.
3. Accommodates paint control instructions such as spray start/stop and painting condition files.
4. Supports standard networks (such as EtherNet, EtherNet IP, CC-Link,and

DeviceNet), enabling connectionto paint equipment controllers andproduction line controllers.

5. Intrinsically safe pendant (optional).

The DX200-FM is available with Category 3 Performance Level d (PLd)Functional Safety Unit (FSU), whichsupports safety-rated speed control,safety-rated soft axis and spacelimiting, and safety-rated monitorstop. In addition to enabling safeoperation in smaller spray boothswith adjacent manual operations,these safety functions can be
utilized to save costs and reducefloorspace requirements.
