The compact MOTOMAN MPX1150 robot was developed especially for painting of small work pieces. It provides a payload of 5 kg for mounting multiple guns and small bells. Its high density layout saves space by reducing the size of the painting booth. The S/L axis is designed with no offset to enable installation of the manipulator closer to a work piece. The robot can be mounted on the floor, wall or ceiling and has three selectable access points for power cables. The MOTOMAN MX1150 is controlled by the highperformance MOTOMAN DX200 controller, which is available with optional Functional Safety Unit (FSU) that offers a wide range of new safety functions.
The MPX1150 is a high-speed, compact six-axis robot ideal for painting contoured parts such as interior/exterior surfaces.
Offers superior performance and creates smooth, consistent finish with outstanding efficiency for painting and dispensing applications.
Can be floor, wall or ceiling mounted for layout flexibility.
Features of the DX200-FM paint robot controller coordinates operation of robot and painting devices, including spray gun, color changer and gear pump. It also supports gun control instructions and is compatible with standard networks for connection to paint equipment controllers and production line.
